Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Newtown homeowner Lillian contacted Brown Roofing in need of a roof replacement. At over 25 years old, the existing roof was due for an update. Inspector Mat walked Lillian through our process and materials, and after a detailed consultation, they felt confident moving forward with us. Project Manager Lucas and his expert crew got to work by removing the old shingles and inspecting the plywood foundation underneath, known as the sheathing. Any damaged sections were replaced to ensure a solid, reliable base. Next, the crew installed ice and water shield membrane for enhanced protection, followed by synthetic underlayment across the rest of the surface. Lillian selected the stunning shade of Summit Gray from our IKO Dynasty collection, backed by our 50-year Brown Promise warranty. After a few final touches and a thorough property cleanup, Lillian’s new roof is officially complete: sleek, strong, and ready to protect the home through every season.

Our Brown Roofing team replaced this customer's 24 year old roof, resulting in a stunning transformation. Worn and lifting shingles were replaced with brand new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Granite Black. This customer's new roof will keep their home safe and stylish for many years to come.

Our team took care of this damaged roof. There were more than a few issues with this roof including ripped shingles, algae and lichen growth, and a rotting decking layer. Once we got the green light to start working we got straight to work nice and early. The first step was to rip up the old shingles and take another look at the decking layer below but we could tell from the attic that the decking layer needed to be replaced before we even started. So that's what we did, we ripped up the rotting wood and replaced it with new ½ inch plywood. Once this was down we moved on to installing Sealeron Ice and Water along with a synthetic underlayment. Finally, we moved on to the shingles and this customer decided on our IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles. Now this customer can be certain that their roof will keep them safe and sound all year round. 

This customer's roof had worn shingles and a minor leak. These problems were soon solved, with the help of Brown Roofing. The crew removed the old shingles and replaced any damaged wood decking, in order to prevent another leak. The shingles installed by our team were new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Gray. 

After finding a leak in their home, this customer chose Brown Roofing to replace their roof. Our crew removed all of the old and lichen-covered shingles from this roof. New IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Castle Gray were installed all over this roof. This new color and shingle style is so much more flattering!
