After finding a leak in their roof, this customer chose the Brown Roofing team for a roof replacement. Our crew removed the damaged area that was causing the leak, and another damage that the homeowner may not have been aware of. New plywood was installed, and underlayment was applied to the wood decking to protect it from future water damage. Brand new IKO Dynasty shingles were installed, in the color Monaco Red. 

This aged and stained roof had lichen growth, and needed to be replaced. The Brown Roofing team removed this old roof, and installed a new high-quality roof system.
