Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Our team took care of this homeowner's leaking roof. We started by ripping up the old shingles and taking a look at the decking layer underneath. We replace the rotting plywood sheets and laid down the underlayment and Ice and Water which seals off the roof. Finally, we install the new shingles and this homeowner decided on our IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles. With this new roof on this homeowner's lovely home, they can be certain that they will be safe and dry.

The existing shingles on this old roof were faded and outdated. The way that these old shingles were installed leaves gaps between each shingle. This can allow water to seep in through the cracks. When the Brown Roofing team removed these shingles, and replaced them with IKO Dynasty shingles, the quality and appearance of this roof were immediately increased. When our crew installed these shingles, they started from the bottom and worked to the top. The layers of shingles were overlapped, this causes water to glide off of the shingles, instead of slipping through the cracks. This customer chose the shingle color Brownstone.

Initially reported as a roof leak our inspection uncovered extensive wood rot in the decking underneath the shingles. The homeowner chose to replace the entire roof with IKO Dynasty  shingles in Castle Grey.
