Any damaged wood decking was removed and replaced with new plywood, including the area of damage causing the leak. Once the new roof was safe and sturdy, new shingles were installed. For this job, our team did a full roof replacement for this homeowner. This includes ripping up the old shingles and decking layer and making sure there is no rot inside the attic. We then replaced the decking layer and laid down an underlayment along with Ice and Water and these layers act as extra insulation and protection for the roof. Finally, we install the shingles and this customer chose our GAF Charcoal Shingles. These shingles in combination with the siding completely transformed this home.
