Skylights and Sun Tunnels Before & After Photos

This homeowner needed their skylight replaced. The Brown Roofing team was up to the task, and did a fantastic job. Ice and Water Shield was used to protect this skylight from leaking and water damage. This new skylight looks much more sleek and modern than the previous skylight.

The Brown Roofing crew replaced three of these homeowner's skylights, some of which were leaking.  The new skylights installed by our team have a modern look, and increased reliability. 

The original skylight was showing signs of age and was past its prime. The new skylight is now leak free and properly sealed with a cleaner, more finished appearance.

Before the Brown Roofing team replaced this customer's roof, the existing shingles around this skylight did not match the other shingles on the roof. After the roof replacement, this area looks so much better. In addition to fixing the appearance of this area, the crew also installed ice and water shield around the edges of the skylight. A skylight should be an enjoyed addition to a home, not a blemish or safety risk. This is why our team made sure to keep this skylight area well protected and looking great.
