Skylights and Sun Tunnels Before & After Photos

The Brown Roofing team helped this customer with their three skylights. Two of these skylights were replaced, and one needed to be removed. This homeowner's new skylights look fantastic, and much more modern than their predecessors. As for the removal, it is impossible to tell that there was ever a skylight in this area. This incredible transformation is all due to the crew's hard work

The Brown Roofing team installed new skylights for a customer in New Canaan, Connecticut. The old skylights were removed to make way for new modern and reliable skylights. Our crew applied Ice and Water Shield underlayment and new flashing around these skylights. This process helps keep the skylights leak free. These skylights now have an undated look, and increased reliability.

Before: Roof Inspector Geoffrey found widespread staining, uneven wear, and leaks around the skylights on this aging roof.

After: Production Manager Bill and his crew fixed every issue found during the inspection and installed new IKO Dynasty Castle Gray shingles for a clean, fortified, leak-free finish.

The Brown Roofing team replaced this customer's skylight. The first photo shows that the shingles surrounding the skylight do not match the rest of the roof. Because the crew was also preforming a roof replacement, this issue was solved, and the roof looks so much better. A new skylight was installed, and Ice and Water Shield was applied around the area. This process will result in a better protected home.
