The original gutters on this house were rough shape, many were bent, leaking, or had an excessive amount of moss and lichen growing on them. Also due to the size of the house and amount of dormers, there were a lot of complicated gutter sections and downspouts. Like most things, the more complex the more likely something is to fail, so a lot of the smaller and more intricate gutters were in the worst shape. When considering the house's complex shape and design, both the homeowner and our team decided that the Gutter Shutter system was the best option. This system includes larger elbows and downspouts, even though these are only one inch larger in width and length they can move twice the amount of water. The gutters themselves are also designed to look invisible or like crown molding for your roof. These gutters also feature wide-mouth outlets that move water more efficiently than standard gutters. With the Gutter Shutter system, this homeowner can be 100% certain that every drop of water landing on their roof will be efficiently redirected keeping their home dry.

For this house, our team did a full roof replacement. After inspecting the roof we determined that they had an extreme amount of damage all over. Although there was a lot of damage it was mostly smaller issues equating to a large one. This roof suffered from broken and leaking shingles, along with algae growth and mold. The broken shingles caused water to leak through the roof and into the attic. This rotting wood tends to attract bugs like termites. We removed the old shingles and decking layer. Next, we laid down the new decking layer along with Ice and Water, and underlayment to seal the roof. Finally, we installed new IKO Dynasty Granite Black Shingles and now this customer can be confident that their new roof will keep them dry and safe no matter what the future hold.

Our team took care of this homeowner's leaking roof. We started by ripping up the old shingles and taking a look at the decking layer underneath. We replace the rotting plywood sheets and laid down the underlayment and Ice and Water which seals off the roof. For this job, our team did a full roof replacement for this homeowner. This includes ripping up the old shingles and decking layer and making sure there is no rot inside the attic. We then replaced the decking layer and laid down an underlayment along with Ice and Water and these layers act as extra insulation and protection for the roof. Initially reported as a roof leak our inspection uncovered extensive wood rot in the decking underneath the shingles. The homeowner chose to replace the entire roof with IKO Dynasty  shingles in Castle Grey.
