Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Danbury homeowner Virginia reached out to Brown Roofing for an estimate on replacing the roof of her second home. She had purchased the property a few years prior and wasn’t sure how old the existing brown roof was, but she wanted a fresh new look to complement the gray paint she planned for the house. After reviewing her options for both metal and asphalt roofing, Virginia decided that our IKO Dynasty shingles in Matte Black were the perfect match. Inspector Geoffrey provided a thorough evaluation and guided Virginia through our process and premium materials, giving her confidence to move forward. Project Manager Noel and his skilled crew got to work, removing the old roof, repairing any damaged sheathing, and installing ice and water shield along with synthetic underlayment for long-lasting protection. The finished result is a sleek, modern roof in Matte Black that ties perfectly with Virginia’s design vision, combining style, durability, and the trusted quality of Brown Roofing. This Danbury, CT roof was showing signs of wear and aging. The shingles were curling and cracking,  there was significant moss growth in many areas, the surface was discolored, and some areas showed granule loss. The homeowner upgraded the roof with IKO Dynasty Atlantic Blue shingles. The new roofing system restored protection and improves curb appeal.

The original roof was experiencing wear and weathering, and the shingles were slightly discolored, giving the roof a softer look and less contrast and definition. The new roofing system gives the home a uniform appearance, has sharper definition among the shingles, and is built to better protect the home.
