The roof on this New Fairfield home was experiencing significant moss growth, which can trap moisture, causing further damage in need of costly repairs. The home now has a fortified look with shingles that give the roof a sharper appearance and guaranteed protection for up to 50 years.

Initially reported as a roof leak our inspection uncovered extensive wood rot in the decking underneath the shingles. The homeowner chose to replace the entire roof with IKO Dynasty  shingles in Castle Grey.
