This Litchfield, CT home was leaking from multiple areas a General Manager Dennis found it easy to see why. Mismatched patching, nail pops, cracked shingles and algae. Service Manager Danny was able to match the shingles and repair the areas that were leaking.

The rabbit runs on this Southbury house had been exposed to years of harsh Connecticut weather. As a result, they started to rot away and expose the inside of the house to the outside elements. Southbury homeowner Larry reached out to Brown Roofing after a fallen tree damaged part of his roof, including one of his skylights. Since we had installed his roof previously, he knew exactly who to call. Inspector Darwin returned to assess the damage and walk Larry through the repair plan. Our team re-flashed the three skylights that were still in good shape and fully removed and covered the damaged skylight to ensure the area was watertight and secure. This roof was covered in snow, but several aspects of its condition were visible. Beneath the snow, the shingles were beginning to show signs of wear.
