For this roof the shingles were still in decent shape but the customer wanted a whole new roof replaced so we of ripped up the old one replaced the decking layer and layed down new shingles along with underlayment and Ice and Water. There was damages and moss growth around their chimney so we repaired the area.

The Brown Roofing team replaced a section of flat roofing for a customer in Fairfield. Our crew removed the old flat roofing materials, and installed a new flat roof. This repair makes the balcony look so much better, and will help keep this home safe from the elements.

Our inspection revealed the roof was littered in debris, and several shingles were cracked or missing, exposing the underlying material. To prevent further damage, our team was able to clear the roof of any debris accumulation and match the missing shingles.
