The old shingles on this home were in terrible condition. They were old and curling so water was getting in between them and the home was not properly protected. Our crew removed the old shingles and installed all new cedar shake shingles to give this home a classic look and give it the protection that it deserves. Replacing a roof on the water in Westport this Roof needed to be replaced due to some leaks and we took out 2 skylights and installed plywood and kept the middle skylight!

This homeowner called in the Brown Roofing team to help with their roof's ridge vents. After removing  the existing ridge shingles, the crew installed a ridge vent. This new ridge vent allows warm air to exit the attic, preventing condensation, damage, and mold.  To finish the job, new shingles were installed on the ridge.
