Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This old and stained roof in Ridgefield needed to be replaced, and the Brown Roofing team was up to the task. Our crew removed the old shingles, and installed new IKO Dynasty shingles in their place. This new shingle color chosen by our customer is called Biscayne. This brand new roof looks fantastic because it is stain and algae free. These shingles have build in algae resistance, to help keep this roof looking great!

Any damaged wood decking was removed and replaced with new plywood, including the area of damage causing the leak. Once the new roof was safe and sturdy, new shingles were installed. This customer chose the color Frostone for their new IKO Dynasty shingles.
