After discovering a leak in their home, this customer in Watertown needed a new roof. The Brown Roofing team was ready to help, and they installed a new roof on this home. The color Brownstone was chosen for the IKO Dynasty shingles that our crew installed onto this new roof. These new shingles not only complement the existing color on this home, but will keep this home well protected. 

The Brown Roofing team transformed this home in Watertown by installing all new IKO Dynasty shingles. These new shingles have excellent core strength, and built in algae resistance. This customer chose the shingle color Brownstone and it looks fantastic. 

This roof was installed by another roofing contractor the building inspector failed this roof due to improper installation. Luckily for the homeowner no money had been paid out yet. We removed the existing roof and the underlayment wasn't installed properly either, the ice and water shield did not meet code because it was not 3 feet from the inside wall. We installed all the proper underlayment and the shingles along with three new skylights and corrected some trimwork the other contractor had done finished off with a copper chimney .
