When Ellen in Seymour needed to replace a low-sloping section of her roof, Inspector Chase identified that the existing shingles were no longer up to code. Project Manager Austin and the crew removed the old materials, added new plywood, and installed a durable SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) membrane system. These clients in Derby were desperately in need of a new roof. Our crew removed the old shingles and installed all new Owens Corning shingles in the color, story gray. The homeowners loved the results and so do we!

On this roof there was a lot of algae build up and color fade. Over time the algae on roofs eat away the UV protective layer which causes the shingles to fade faster than normal. The Abate family decided to go with our IKO Dynasty Brownstone Shingles which perfectly pairs with their beige siding. We also repaired their damaged trim and color matched it to the rest of the house.
