Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This Roxbury, CT homeowner could see the weathering and staining of his 20+ year old roof. They worked with inspector Austin M. to replace the entire roof with IKO Dynasty Driftshake shingles.

The original roof showed signs of biological growth, specifically moss and lichen growth, which suggests moisture retention. This can lead to the roof further deteriorating over time. To prevent deterioration, the homeowner chose to replace the roof with IKO Dynasty Castle Gray shingles. The new roofing system gives the home a clean, uniform appearance that is built to protect for years to come.

The old shingles on this home were in terrible condition. They were old and curling so water was getting in between them and the home was not properly protected. Our crew removed the old shingles and installed all new cedar shake shingles to give this home a classic look and give it the protection that it deserves. The homeowners loved the professionalism of our crew and love the way their new roof looks!
