Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Initially reported as a roof leak our inspection uncovered extensive wood rot in the decking underneath the shingles. The homeowner chose to replace the entire roof with IKO Dynasty  shingles in Castle Grey.

This homeowner needed to have the entire roof stripped and replaced as well as have the flashing on the chimney replaced. The Project Manager and his crew got to work and installed IKO Dynasty Shingles in the color Summit Gray.

Outdated and lichen covered shingles prevented this roof from reaching its peak in quality and appearance. However, this home was instantly modernized when the aged shingles are removed, and replaced with new IKO Dynasty shingles. These shingles add dimension to the design of the roof, and protect it from weather damage. The color that this customer chose for their new shingles is Granite Black. In addition to a roof replacement, the Brown Roofing team also repaired this customer's chimney. The crew installed new flashing around the chimney, and poured a new chimney crown. Old mortar was removed and replaced with fresh mortar. All of these chimney repairs, and the roof replacement, will help to keep this home safe and dry. 

This customer in New Canaan, Connecticut called in the Brown Roofing team for help, when they noticed a hole in their roof. Our crew got right to work and replaced this roof. All of the damaged wood decking was removed and replaced with brand new plywood. The existing shingles had significant staining. They were removed, and replaced with new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Castle Gray.
