The old, aging roof was replaced with Cambridge Earthtone Cedar shingles, restoring the roof's protection while upgrading the home's curb appeal and giving it a cleaner, fresher appearance.

From the inspector’s point of view, the original roof was showing clear signs of age and deterioration. In the after photo, the home was transformed with brand-new IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingles, giving the roof a clean, uniform appearance and dependable new protection.
