Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

When our Production Manager Bill walked the roof, his inspection revealed surface wear, discoloration, moss/lichen growth and moderate granule loss. All are common signs the roof is getting older. The discoloration combined with the moss/lichen growth does suggest that at least some areas are likely holding moisture longer than they should.

This homeowner's flat roof was over 30 years old.  When it was time for a flat roof replacement, the Brown Roofing team got right to work. The crew used EPDM flat roofing, which is made of synthetic rubber, and is very durable. Thanks to our team's hard work, this home's safety and appearance have elevated. 

The shingles on this old roof in West Haven was noticeably worn, stained, and had moss growth. The Brown Roofing team was ready to help this customer, and create a new look for their home. Our crew removed the old shingles, and looked at the wood decking for any damages. New plywood was used to replace any damaged wood, and the wood decking was protected by underlayment, and Ice and Water Shield. Lastly, new IKO Dynasty shingles were installed, in the color Granite Black. This transformation is the perfect example of the transformative power of a new roof on the appearance of a home.
