This homeowner's flat roof was over 30 years old.  When it was time for a flat roof replacement, the Brown Roofing team got right to work. The crew used EPDM flat roofing, which is made of synthetic rubber, and is very durable. Thanks to our team's hard work, this home's safety and appearance have elevated.

Our crew removed the old shingles, and looked at the wood decking for any damages. New plywood was used to replace any damaged wood, and the wood decking was protected by underlayment, and Ice and Water Shield.
