Before: Heavy moss growth covered this shed roof, trapping moisture against the old shingles and increasing the risk of leaks, rot, and premature roof failure.

After: Brown Roofing replaced the moss-covered roof with new IKO Dynasty Frostone Gray shingles, giving the structure a clean, watertight, and much sharper finished look.

This Waterbury, CT roof was overdue for a new roof. We performed a full replacement and restored this house to it's previous beauty. 

Our amazing roofing team took care of the Dullards moss, lichen, and algae covered roof along with their old rotten wood shake decking layer. Before our team arrived, this house was in rough shape but by the end of the day the Dullards had a safe beautiful new roof that will last them a lifetime.

This homeowner needed to replace part of this garage's roof before putting the house on the market. The Brown Roofing team completed this job in time, and did a wonderful job. For this project, the crew used IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Granite Black.
