The original roof was experiencing snow accumulation. Additionally, the skylights were showing signs of rust and wear around the edges, and the flashing was bent and damaged, which could potentially lead to leaks. The roof was replaced with IKO Dynasty Olde Style Weatherwood shingles, and new skylights were installed to further protect the roof from leaking.

We replaced the roof on this Stratford, CT home with Owens Corning duration shingles. This new roof now has a 50 year warranty on parts and labor.
