Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

The roof in the before photo appears to have a slight waviness among the shingles. This can be an indicator of structural issues or improper decking installation. The new roof has a clean appearance with sharper definition, and a more uniform finish. More importantly, it's backed by the Brown Roofing Promise, a 50 year No Leak Guarantee.

The existing shingles showed damaged, lifted, and cracked shingles, as well as dark spots. Brown Roofing installed a new roofing system built to handle Connecticut weather.

We installed this new Roof in the Steeple Chase community of Middlebury, CT.

The experts at Brown Roofing replaced this Middlebury, CT roof with Owens Corning Pacific wave.
