Roof Repair Before & After Photos

The rabbit runs on this Southbury house had been exposed to years of harsh Connecticut weather. As a result, they started to rot away and expose the inside of the house to the outside elements. We replaced the old rubber roof on this Shelton, CT home with 060 mule-hide rubber roofing and GAF roofing system.

The customer had issues with ice dams and hired another roofing company to install a roof the problem was not remedied. The issue with this roof was that the two bedrooms in the rear of the house did not have much room between the sheet rock and the roof deck for the proper amount of insulation.

The previous owners of this Middlebury home did not replace this roof correctly last time, and added the existing layer of gray shingles on top of the red shingles. This caused serious issues, but Brown Roofing swooped in to save the day. We gave this roof a full replacement with a brand new 7 layer roofing system.
