Fairfield, CT homeowner Al contacted Brown Roofing for a roof replacement after discovering a leak on his aging 20+ year-old roof. Inspector Geoffrey performed a detailed roof inspection and walked Al through our materials and installation process. Project Manager Geury and crew removed the existing shingles, replaced any damaged plywood roof decking (sheathing), and installed ice and water shield along with synthetic underlayment. Brown Roofing replaced the roof on this Fairfield, CT funeral home. There were multiple layers of improper roofing installation that needed to be ripped out and redone by our experienced crew!

For this roof the shingles were still in decent shape but the customer wanted a whole new roof replaced so we of ripped up the old one replaced the decking layer and layed down new shingles along with underlayment and Ice and Water. There was damages and moss growth around their chimney so we repaired the area.
