Milford homeowners James and Joan knew their 35-year-old roof, already patched in the past, was due for replacement. Inspector Rick’s examination confirmed the outdated three-tab shingles had far outlived their short lifespan, and it was time for an upgrade. After reviewing our process and premium materials, they felt confident moving forward with us. Project Manager Noel and the crew removed the old shingles, replaced damaged sections of sheathing, and installed ice and water shield along with synthetic underlayment. The new roof was finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in their choice of stunning Frostone Gray, backed by our 50-year warranty. Now, James and Joan’s home shines with a gorgeous new roof that’s strong, stylish, and built to protect well into the future. Brown Won't Let You Down!
For this massive job it was all hands on deck, this was one of the biggest we have ever done. The church wanted a full roof replacement which meant ripping up all the old shingles along with the underlayment and then the decking layer. Once all the old materials were up we got to work laying down the new plywood decking layer, after this we put down Ice and Water along all the edges, valleys and peaks. Next we laid down the underlayment which acts as another layer of protection from the elements. lastly the shingles were installed and the church choose our IKO Dynasty Summit Gray Shingles which looked amazing and complemented the rest of the building.
