For this job the Brown Roofing team tackled this color faded and water damaged roof. The moss and algae on this roof stripped away the UV protective layer which caused the shingles to lose their color and age faster. The original roof used a wood shake decking layer which is an outdated style so we ripped it up and installed our stronger plywood decking layer. By the end of the day the customer had a brand new roof they loved and one that is guaranteed for the next 50 years.

This home had stained shingles and lichen growing on it's roof.  Our Brown Roofing team preformed a full roof replacement, and added new gutters to this building. IKO Dynasty shingles were used in the color Granite Black. This set of photos clearly shows the great difference that is made on a home's overall apperance when a new roof is installed. In addition to a great new look, this homeowner's new roof will provide high quality protection to the home and its occupants. 

This home had some leaks and water damage due to old age, and the shingles also had a decent amount of color fade. For this repair and replacement, we started by ripping up the existing shingles and replacing all the rotting plywood underneath. Next, we installed decking tape, Sealeron Ice and Water, and a synthetic underlayment. These materials help further seal the roof and they also help insulate the home, creating a more energy-efficient environment. Lastly, we installed the shingles and this customer decided on our IKO Dynasty Frostone Gray shingles. These shingles match this home's aesthetic perfectly and they just look stunning. Within a day this customer received a brand new roof that is guaranteed to last them a lifetime. 

The Brown Roofing team installed 52 feet of white gutters around this entire home. This customer's choice to use the Gutter Shutter system will pay off in continued protection against water damage. These new gutters are larger and more durable than the old gutters, as shown in the above photos. 

While preforming a roof replacement for this customer, the Brown Roofing team installed a ridge vent. The new ridge vent was topped with new IKO Dynasty ridge caps in the color Granite Black. These new ridge caps look great, and the new ridge vent will help prevent water damage and mold for this homeowner.
