During teardown, the crew discovered the existing plywood decking was severely damaged, so the roof was fully stripped down to the rafters for a proper rebuild.

New Skylights & Underlayment

Underlayment was then applied for enhanced waterproof protection, and brand-new skylights were installed for improved natural light and peace of mind.
