Challenge
We did a roof in Ridgefield, CT and when we removed the roof the Cathedral ceiling was the actual ceiling in the inside of the home a regular 1 1/4 roofing nail wood go threw the wood a half inch nail is going threw the existing shingle now the house had absolutely no insulation.
Solution
So we put a insulation board over the hole exiting roof decking with a half inch of plywood attached to it just give us plenty of room for nailing and added a insulation to the home.
