This home's roof, afflicted by algae and lichen, led the homeowner to replace it, a good decision considering its age of nearly 25 years. During the replacement, the existing shingles were removed, and the surprisingly well-preserved decking layer was retaped using our Sealeron Deck Tape. We applied Sealeron Ice and Water to critical areas, wrapped it behind gutters, and added synthetic underlayment for a breathable yet watertight layer. Opting for IKO Dynasty Shadow Brown Shingles, we meticulously installed them, incorporating flashings around openings like chimneys and vents. The final result is a new, secure roof ensuring peace of mind for the next 50 years.
