Challenge
We knew that this would be a somewhat complicated job as we had to cut away some of the existing roof to install the porch roofing. The challenge here was making the cut in the best way possible and also allowing the rubber roofing and the new shingle roofing to meet in a way that would keep the building protected and also look appealing.
Solution
Our crew's design was very smart. They cut the roof only where they needed to and angles the peak of the porch roof to be slightly above the existing rubber roof. We felt that would look the best and also allow water to naturally flow from the rubber roof to the shingle roof. The results of the project was a function addition that looks great!
