Roof Repair Case Studies: Ice Dam Issues

Challenge
The customer had ice dam issues backing up over the front entryway upper roof. They didn't want the constant electric draw that he cables use or to add attic insulation .
Solution
So we removed the bottom courses of shingles installed ice and water shield and then the standing seam metal roofing along the bottoms so the snow- ice would freely slip away and not cause a back up issue .
