Chimney Repair Before & After Photos

This chimney was not looking its best, as is clear in our before photo. The Brown Roofing team made this chimney look like new by re-building it. Our crew dismantled the chimney, and re-built it with new mortar. A new chimney crown was poured, and lead step flashing was installed. These efforts extended the life of this chimney, and will protect it from leaks and erosion. 

This chimney showed missing mortar and structural integrity issues, as well as damaged metal flashing. Now, this chimney was given a cleaning and improved flashing for better protection and a cleaner look.
