Brown Won't Let You Down!
Inspector Tyler met with a Sandy Hook homeowner looking to upgrade his rooftop platform, also known as a widow’s walk. After discussing our ISO-certified EPDM rubber roofing system, he was ready to move forward. Project Manager Austin and his crew removed the old surface and railings, then installed a sleek new Verisco EPDM roof that’s built to last and looks great. Brown Won't Let You Down!
Ten years ago, this Sandy Hook homeowner redid the low slope section of their roof with asphalt shingles. Recently, the leaks started. Guided by Roof Inspector Geoffrey, they decided to go with a metal roofing solution which was expertly installed by Project Manager Jared and his crew.
Before, this rooftop deck was sitting over an aging flat roof with visible staining, weathering, and vulnerable transition areas. After, Brown Roofing removed the deck structure and installed a clean, darker flat roof system with improved flashing, sealed edges, and a much stronger line of defense against leaks.
The old chimney was constructed from dark, weathered cinder blocks, showed signs of moisture staining and algae growth, and the crown appeared to be severely damaged. The new chimney is constructed from concrete, has a cleaner finish, and is built to protect.
