This home needed a lot of work everything from siding to gutters to a new roof. For this specific day, we were on roof duty. The roof was in horrible condition, parts didn’t even have shingles and the parts that did were barely holding on. We started by ripping what was left of the original roof and got down to the rafters. Next, once we assessed the damages and made repairs we got to work laying the new plywood decking layer. After this went the Ice and Water, and underlayment. Finally, we installed the shingles and this homeowner decided on our Chateau Green. This was just the first step in the transformation of this home.

The shingles on this Newtown condo were exposed to years of harsh weather. The owners of the facility opted to go with the GAF lifetime roofing system, and are covered under warranty for the lifetime of the roof for parts and labor.
