This roof in New Milford was covered in debris buildup, primarily pine needles and moss, leaving it prone to long-term damage. The new roof has a clean appearance and is guaranteed to be leak free for up to 50 years. The homeowner chose to replace the roof using IKO Dynasty Glacier shingles.

The volume of water was too much for this downspout to handle. We added an additional outlet to funnel into the widemouth downspout.

Before: The original siding around the window bay looked worn, faded, and weathered, with visible staining and discoloration that made the front of the home feel tired.

After: The new gray Tando Stone siding gives the home a clean, modern look with sharp contrast against the white trim, adding texture, depth, and fresh curb appeal.

The gutters were not flowing properly, and during heavy rains, water would overflow at the roofline instead of draining away from the home. The older gutter and downspout setup looked worn and was not keeping up with the amount of water coming off the roof.

Brown Roofing improved the drainage by updating the gutter and downspout configuration, giving rainwater a cleaner path to flow away from the roof edge. The added elbows and redirected downspout help move water more efficiently, reducing overflow during heavy rain and giving the system a cleaner, more finished look
