Family-Owned Service, Lasting Results: Roof Replacement in New Milford, CT

New Milford homeowner Frank reached out to Brown Roofing knowing his 28-year-old roof had reached the end of its lifespan. He loved our family-owned approach and found our pricing fair and transparent. Inspector Austin performed a thorough examination and walked Frank through our process and premium materials, giving him confidence to move forward. Project Manager Geury and his expert crew removed the old shingles, repaired damaged sections of plywood sheathing, and installed ice and water shield along with synthetic underlayment for lasting protection. The roof was finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in Frank’s choice of Granite Black, backed by our 50-year warranty. With the final touches complete, Frank’s new roof looks stunning, and he couldn’t be happier with the results. Brown Won't Let You Down!

Overflowing Gutter. We Had the solition

The volume of water was too much for this downspout to handle. We added an additional outlet to funnel into the widemouth downspout.

Siding Installation, New Milford, CT

Before: The original siding around the window bay looked worn, faded, and weathered, with visible staining and discoloration that made the front of the home feel tired.

After: The new gray Tando Stone siding gives the home a clean, modern look with sharp contrast against the white trim, adding texture, depth, and fresh curb appeal.

Overflowing Gutters. New Milford, CT

The gutters were not flowing properly, and during heavy rains, water would overflow at the roofline instead of draining away from the home. The older gutter and downspout setup looked worn and was not keeping up with the amount of water coming off the roof.

Brown Roofing improved the drainage by updating the gutter and downspout configuration, giving rainwater a cleaner path to flow away from the roof edge. The added elbows and redirected downspout help move water more efficiently, reducing overflow during heavy rain and giving the system a cleaner, more finished look
