This home in Northford, CT had a roof that wasn't too old but it was not properly installed. As a result, the roof was prone to leaks around the flashing. This is when our crew has the opportunity to locate the leak, and replace the damaged wood with brand new plywood. Protective underlayment is installed, and topped with brand new shingles. IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Frostone were used for this job. Our crew also installed three Perma Boot roof pipe covers, and applied new flashing around these skylights.
