The original roof had a discolored, faded appearance with moss growth in several areas. These conditions left the roof vulnerable and at risk of further damage. Brown Roofing transformed the roof with IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingles, giving the home a cleaner look built to better protect the home against Connecticut weather.

The existing roof was weathered and aging, with noticeable discoloration and dark streaks, which could indicate moss and algae growth. The roof was replaced with IKO Dynasty Summit Gray shingles, giving the roof a cleaner, brighter, and more uniform appearance, as well as restoring protection.

The existing roof showed signs of wear and damage around the pipe flashing. The shingles were damaged, with some edges lifting or missing granules, which could compromise the roof's waterproofing. The homeowner decided to replace the roof with IKO Dynasty Glacier shingles, better protecting the home from water infiltration.
