After dealing with roof leaks and uncertainty about the age of his roof, Watertown, CT homeowner James turned to Brown Roofing for a full replacement. A Watertown homeowner contacted Brown Roofing after noticing that the roof was beginning to fail. This roof was installed by another roofing contractor the building inspector failed this roof due to improper installation. Luckily for the homeowner no money had been paid out yet. We removed the existing roof and the underlayment wasn't installed properly either, the ice and water shield did not meet code because it was not 3 feet from the inside wall. We installed all the proper underlayment and the shingles along with three new skylights and corrected some trimwork the other contractor had done finished off with a copper chimney .
