Sometimes a simple change can make a world of difference. These homeowners would get water into their house almost every single time it rained, and it was always in the same spot. No matter what they did, or who they called, the problem always would come back. The way the roof was originally designed caused water build up in the valley around the chimney. The homeowners attempted to have the roof repaired by "Chuck in the truck" contractors countless times, and eventually, they became fed up and ready to bring in the experts.
Solution
Since water was building up where the roof valley met the chimney, we knew that need to be addressed. Not only did we install a beautiful new roof that will last over 30 years, but our expert craftsmen added a hip around the chimney to make sure the water would run off, rather than pool. This problem roof has not leaked since, and it's due in large part to the knowledge and expertise of our inspectors and installers.
