Before becoming a valued member of Brown Roofing, Darwin was on a journey of education and self-improvement. He graduated from Southern Connecticut University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. During his academic pursuits, Darwin gained practical experience by working for a landscaping company and a property management company, where he honed his skills and work ethic.

In 2021, Darwin embarked on a new chapter in his career when he joined Brown Roofing as a Project Manager. His commitment to excellence was evident as he successfully completed over 1,000 roofing projects across the state of Connecticut. Darwin's dedication didn't stop there; he later transitioned into a production role, where he now oversees roofing, siding, windows, and doors projects.

What sets Darwin apart is not just his impressive work history but also his personality and character. Brown Roofing recognized in him an outgoing, dependable individual who consistently radiates a positive attitude and embodies a strong work ethic. Darwin thrives in fast-paced environments, relishing the consistent challenges and seizing every opportunity for growth.
