Solution

We work with the condo association to keep the roof and gutters in Tip Top shape but help stay within budget so the dreaded extra owner assessment can be avoided. Rarely do all the roofs need to be replaced at the same time so they can be spread over a number of years. We also cleared roofs of snow and ice build up during the tough winters, installed heat slips where no other solutions could be found to avoid ice build up.
