Roof Replacement Madison, CT

Santa’s Sleigh Nearly Hit a “Roof Grinch” Problem… Until Coleton Spotted It
This 19-year-old roof was acting like a lump of coal. Inspector Coleton found curling and lifting shingle tabs, a sign the shingles lost flexibility after years of UV, thermal swings, and moisture. That means less wind resistance and a bigger chance of water getting in.

Then the holiday villain showed up: yellow-green lichen spreading like Grinchy confetti, trapping moisture and accelerating granule loss, leaving asphalt exposed and protection running thin.

This roof was past “nice” and drifting into “naughty.”
Project Manager Noel and the crew delivered the Christmas save with IKO Dynasty Granite Black.
Sleigh-ready. Storm-ready. Brown Won’t Let You Down.
