From the initial contact through to the completion of the job, I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of workmanship.
Jim was always professional, knowledgeable, and cooperative from initial sales call through the entire process.
The crew, with the job foreman Jose, arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were respectful and dedicated to the work which they were tasked to do. They seemed to work as a cohesive team to complete the work.
I was highly impressed by how thoroughly the crew cleaned in the driveway, lawns, and flowerbeds once the job was completed. Anything they moved to conduct their job was replaced. After the crew left there was no evidence they were even there. Very impressive.
What made you choose our company:
Based on a recommendation of Paul Smith from Prospect, I contacted Brown Roofing. Once Jim met with me and quoted me the job, there was a level of comfort having Brown contract with such a big (for me) and expensive (for me) job. I did meet with other roofing contractors, some good, most not impressive. Brown presented the most realistic, informative, and complete quote for what I needed done. Jim was informative and put my mind at ease knowing he was coordinating the entire process-permit/dumpster/material delivery. The level of professionalism, quality of workmanship, and dedication to clean up-which made it seem like no one was ever at my house doing all that work-reinforces my decision I made to contract with Brown Roofing. I would highly recommend you to anyone seeking roofing or gutter work.
