Shingle Removal
The crew removes the old roof.
Making It Water Tight
The team installs ice & water shield along the edges of the roof and in the valleys. Note the seam tape on the decking for additional moisture protection.
Synthetic Underlayment
The rest of the roof deck is protected by synthetic underlayment manufactured to Brown Roofing specifications which are beyond local code.
